The Ayuntamiento de San José del Valle has announced that Their Majesties the Magi will hand out a gift to each boy and girl before the start of the 2027 Cabalgata de Reyes. The hand-out will be on January 5, 2027, from 16:00, in the Plaza de Andalucía.
Who can receive the gift
Boys and girls aged 1 to 11 registered as residents in San José del Valle can receive it. Also those of that same age whose grandparents are registered as residents in the municipality.
How to get the ticket
To receive the gift, a ticket must first be collected at the Registro del Ayuntamiento. The deadline is open until December 18, 2026. The council warns that no tickets will be issued after the deadline.
On the day of the hand-out, the ticket is essential: without it the gift is not handed out.
A parade with Magi chosen by draw
The 2027 Cabalgata will be held on January 5. The Ayuntamiento keeps open, as it reported on October 16, the registration to represent the Magi in the parade. People over 18 years of age, registered as residents in San José del Valle for more than a year, who have not served as Rey in the last 25 years and who meet the necessary physical and mental requirements may apply.
Applications are submitted at the Registro de Entrada del Ayuntamiento with a photocopy of the DNI until November 27, 2026. The public draw will be on November 30, at 12:00, in the Salón de Plenos del Ayuntamiento.
