The IV Avocado Cultivation Fair of the Guadiaro Valley (AVOGUADI) will be held on November 13 and 14, 2026 in San Pablo de Buceite, a district of Jimena de la Frontera. It is convened by the Jimena City Council and the Municipal District Board of San Pablo de Buceite. This edition has a professional and business character. It is aimed at companies and professionals linked to avocado cultivation, and various companies related to this activity will take part in it. It is not, therefore, a fair open to the general public, but a meeting point for the sector. Avocado is one of the crops that sustain the agricultural activity of the Guadiaro Valley, and the fair seeks to highlight that work. This is explained by the City Council, which states that it continues to support initiatives that highlight agricultural activity in the municipality. San Pablo de Buceite is a district of Jimena de la Frontera, in the interior of the Campo de Gibraltar region, and has its own Municipal District Board, which co-organizes the event together with the City Council. The event comes just a few days after ARCGISA finished replacing the pipes that carry water to the district's reservoir, a project worth 193,386.30 euros that the portal reported on November 5 and that sought a safer supply for the area's agricultural estates. To attend, it should be noted that the fair is aimed at companies and professionals in the sector. The celebration days are Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November 14, 2026, in San Pablo de Buceite.
