Four stamps in four different bars in the historic centre of El Puerto open the door to the draw for 500 euros of the IV Ruta de la Tapa «Muerde el otoño». Customers must collect three stamps from establishments of different colours —green, violet or blue— and one more in white, being able to repeat colour but not venue, and deposit their ticket in the ballot box that each participating business will have available to the public. The route is held from Wednesday 4 to Sunday 8 November with 19 participating establishments, each with a tapa created exclusively for the occasion. Among the proposals are the pimiatún del piquillo of La Micaela Restaurante, the habano de carrillada of La Bodeguilla del Bar Jamón, the taco de calamares con crema de calabaza of La subasta del Muelle, the lentejas al curry con boletus y foie of Destraza or the helado de mantequilla con piñonate y pistacho of Heladería da Massimo.

Four prizes and a QR with all the tapas

The jury will award three first prizes, one for innovation, another for creativity and another for flavour, to which is added a fourth award decided by the votes of the citizens. To consult the tapas, the organisation has enabled a QR code that gives access to all of them, as explained by the president of the Asociación de Hosteleros y Empresarios del Casco Histórico (AHECO), José Antonio Paguillo. The route is organised by AHECO with the collaboration of the Concejalía de Comercio y Hostelería, and only the members of the association who have so decided participate in it. The deputy mayor of Comercio y Hostelería, David Calleja, has pointed out during the presentation, held in calle Luna, that the public will be able to taste a creative tapa at interesting prices. To participate in the draw you must get stamps in three establishments of different colours and in one white, without repeating venue, and deposit the ticket in the ballot box of the bar itself between Wednesday 4 and Sunday 8 November.
