Cádiz opens registration for companies for its first Employment Fair, on November 17 and 18
The Cádiz Municipal Employment Board is looking for companies that want to take part in Espacio Empleo Cádiz, which will be held on November 17 and 18 at the Depósitos de Tabaco. The deadline to sign up ends on October 30.
Cádiz's first Employment Fair is already under way. The Municipal Employment Board has opened the phase to recruit companies that want to be present at Espacio Empleo Cádiz, which will be held on November 17 and 18 at the Depósitos de Tabaco (Avenida Marconi, 34), in the morning, from 09:00 to 14:00.
What the fair offers
Participating companies will have spaces at the Depósitos to present the jobs they have available and to conduct interviews and selection processes in the same venue. There will also be spaces for public and social entities, which will show the resources they offer in matters of employment.
According to the Cádiz City Council, the event is designed to connect companies directly with the talent available in the city, and not only as a conventional job fair. The initiative has the backing of nearly thirty entities that are part of the Municipal Employment Board.
How to participate
Interested companies can register through the registration form. The deadline is open until October 30.
The deputy mayor for Employment of the Cádiz City Council, Beatriz Gandullo, has stated that the goal is «an event that we intend to be of real use to companies, unemployed people and people who want to improve their employment», and added that unemployment is «a common challenge» that is tackled in coordination with those who work for employment in the city.
