The programme included children's entertainment, dance and sports displays on calle Larga, as well as open days at the Conjunto Monumental del Alcázar and guided visits at Palacio San Dionisio. There was also musical entertainment and performances in Plaza Doña Blanca, Plaza Rafael Rivero and Plaza Plateros.

Throughout the weekend, the XXIX Festival Internacional de Títeres TITEREJÉ and the Feria de la Hispanidad Alma Hispana were held in parallel in the Alameda Vieja. The merchants' associations ACOJE, ADECOSUR, ASUNICO, ACAT and FLAMENCA UNLIMITED collaborated in the organisation, according to Jerez City Council. The mayor of Jerez, María José García-Pelayo, toured the different points of the event and visited the commercial stands. García-Pelayo stressed the importance of this type of initiative to boost the local economy and encourage life in the streets, and underlined that they highlight commercial and cultural activity alongside hallmarks of the city such as its gastronomic attractions.
